A note on the paintings: Due to the variable nature of light, optics, and vision, details of paintings are prone to appearing different in different contexts, perspectives, and lighting environments. Though each painting may first appear “perfect,” we caution that these works have a strong basis in imperfectability, leakage, and aleatoric process, and therefore, upon closer inspection, may reveal a greater foundation of error and mishap. We have taken every effort in our work to secure the works archival quality and lightfastness; however, chemical components and UV influence may alter the appearance of these works over prolonged lengths of time (i.e decades.) We encourage this as a part of the natural transformation of the work, through time. Additionally, blurring, bokeh, and perspective effects in photographic and videographic reproductions are features of the optics of the camera, not the painting itself. With that said, each painting is sold as is, and is not eligible for refunds or returns on any of such basis above. TLDR; The works are fundamentally imperfect, will last a long time with proper care, though are ultimately vulnerable to the antiquarian powers of duration.
